以前都在linux环境使用php composer都没出现问题。今天尝试在win7下运行composer却出现SSL报错：

1. 没有安装CA证书导致的！！！
CA证书下载地址：http://curl.haxx.se/docs/caextract.html
然后修改php.ini文件
openssl.cafile= D:/wamp/php/verify/cacert.pem
就好了
PHP本地开启SSL的方法也可能会遇到以上问题：
2. 在php.ini文件中
搜索extension=php_openssl.dll，把前面的分号取消,然后重启
在操作1步骤的即可
